You MUST create an account to sign up to a WEST Beer Subscription.
Please note this account will contain certain personal details and payment information. By making use of this website and our services you agree that:

We recommend that you do not share your account details, particularly your username and password. Noah Beers Limited t/a WEST accepts no liability for any losses or damages incurred as a result of your account details being shared by you. If you use a shared computer, it is recommended that you do not save your account details in your internet browser.
If you have reason to believe that your account details have been obtained by another without consent, you should contact [email protected] immediately to suspend your account and cancel any unauthorised purchases that may be pending. Please be aware that purchases can only be cancelled until they are dispatched. In the event that an unauthorised purchase is dispatched prior to your notifying us of the unauthorised nature of the purchase, Noah Beers Limited t/a WEST accepts no liability or responsibility.
Termination and Cancellation.
Either WEST or you may terminate your account. If WEST terminates your account, you will be notified by email. We reserve the right to terminate without giving reasons.
If WEST terminates your account, any current or pending purchases on your account will not be cancelled and will be dispatched.
WEST reserves the right to cancel purchases without stating reasons, for any reason prior to processing payment and dispatch.
If purchases are cancelled for any reason prior to dispatch you will be refunded any monies paid in relation to those purchases.
If you terminate your account, any non-dispatched purchases will be cancelled and you will be refunded any monies paid in relation to those purchases.
WEST reserves the right to refuse any subscription order if we have reason to believe that our service or introductory discounts are being abused.
By subscribing to a WEST Beer Subscription, you agree that regular payments can be taken from your payment method provided on checkout. Payment will be taken via the payment method provided and on regular intervals as specified by your order.
The date of payment may alter due to changes in our practices or updates to your subscription, but WEST will endeavour to contact you if any such changes take place.
Your WEST Beer Subscription can be paused or cancelled at any time via the My Account section of the website, or via email, but any such request must be made before any scheduled dispatch. If we receive instruction to pause or cancel a subscription after your beer has been dispatched, then you will be charged for that delivery.
WEST will continue to bill you by your chosen payment method for the WEST Beer Subscription selected until you pause or cancel your scheduled beer subscription.
If you change address, you must update your details by using the My Account section of the website or by contacting us on email at [email protected]. WEST will not be held responsible for beer sent to incorrect addresses provided when placing your order, or for changes in shipping that we are not made aware of and have acknowledged via email. Please ensure that any changes to shipping are done in time to take effect before your move, as you will not be refunded or credited for any beer posted to the wrong location.
We reserve the right to cancel a subscription without prior notice and at any time.
