Nix is our alcohol free range and this iteration is our first 0.5% beer. It is a distinctive hop forward Pale ale. The beer is brewed using a small amount of wheat and three specialty Malts to give a dark colour plus a body and flavour not typically associated with non alcoholic or even low abv beers. Four hops were used in the whirlpool to ensure minimal bitterness but maximum hop aroma. Chinook brings some grapefruit, Sapphir delivers tangerine and spice, lots of orange comes from Mandarina Bavaria, but the star of the show and the biggest addition is Lemondrop which delivers citrus, green tea, melon and peach
